Uber sucks coachella 4/21/2017
Just Uber doing what it does best, sucking. Passengers waiting 2+ hours for a ride. Pin code system to match pax with riders completely and utterly failing. Uber caps the surge at 3x so people who are willing to pay much more dont get priority over everyone else and the drivers are ultimately the ones who lose when they get an $8 fare after waiting in line for well over an hour waisting gas.
Uber is just a terrible company. And someone will make a great movie about what an aweful company it is someday.
1. Undercutting taxi protesting trump imigration ban.
2. Protecting sexual harassment in their workforce.
3. Berrating drivers.
4. Stealing intellectual property from other companies. ( waymo vs otto ) aka google vs uber.
5. Charging customer a different amount than reimbursing drivers.
6. Hacking lyfts software amd exploiting vulnerabilities.
Etc etc.
